This degree equips students with the skills to strategically manage an organisation’s most vauable asset – it’s people. This program combines core business principles with specialised courses in talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits. Students gain expertise in areas such as workforce planning, performance management, and labour law compliance.

The All American Graduate Program is designed for students who want to accelerate their graduate education, saving time and money while building a solid academic base in the USA. The program allows students to complete one term of their graduate degree remotely from home and then progress to campus to complete the remainder of their degree. In order to advance to Indiana Institute of Technology, students must achieve a grade of "B" or better in The WorldGrad's All American Graduate Program. Students will study the following 3 modules (9 credits) with The WorldGrad.
After the completion of the Smart Program, students progress to Indiana Institute of Technology to study the remaining core and elective courses on campus and complete their degrees.
