The program combines technical training in computer programming, database management, telecommunications, and data analytics with a focus on the human impact of information systems. Students learn to assess information needs, gaining both computational skills and insights into the social effects of tech. Through internship opportunities and industry connections, the program prepares graduates to succeed in the rapidly evolving field of information science.

The All American Undergraduate Program is designed for students who want to accelerate their undergraduate education, saving time and money while building a solid academic base in the USA. The program allows students to complete up to one year of their undergraduate degree remotely from home and then progress to campus to complete the remainder of their degree. In order to advance to SUNY Oswego, students must achieve a minimum GPA of 2.5 in The WorldGrad's All American Undergraduate Program. Students will study up to 10 modules (up to 30 credits) with The WorldGrad from the following list of subjects.

5. CST201 - Introduction to Programming

9. ENG142 - Rhetoric and Academic Writing
After the completion of the Smart Program, students progress to SUNY Oswego to study the remaining core and elective courses on campus and complete their degrees. Once on campus, students will be eligible for CPT and OPT during and after completing their studies.
