Through this program, students will learn how to protect digital assets, secure networks and safeguard sensitive information across all sectors. The program focuses on practical skills and theoretical knowledge to identify, prevent and mitigate cyber threats. Students will be able to create and manage cyber strategies for businesses, governments and individuals.

The Global Year-1 program is designed for students who want to accelerate their undergraduate education, saving time and money while building a solid academic base in Australia, Singapore or the UK. The program allows students to complete up to one year of their undergraduate degree remotely from home and then progress to campus to complete the remainder of their degree. In order to advance to Macquarie University students must achieve an overall Merit in The WorldGrad's Global Year-1 program. Students will study the following 8 modules with The WorldGrad.

After the completion of the Smart Program, students progress to the Macquarie University to study the remaining core and elective courses on campus and complete their degrees.
