This major provides an introduction to organisations as systems. The program helps students develop the essential skills and knowledge to manage and coordinate an organisation’s resources within a systems framework, enabling the achievement of strategic goals. The initial year of the degree provides the necessary background for a business career, covering core subjects such as accounting, economics, and business statistics, and an introduction to organisations and management.
With a degree in International Business and Management, you will embark on a journey to understand the intricacies of global commerce and develop the skills necessary to thrive in an interconnected world. This program will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of international business practices, cross-cultural management, and the complexities of the global marketplace. Throughout your studies, you will explore various aspects of international business, including market entry strategies, global supply chain management, international trade policies, and multinational corporate finance. By delving into these areas, you will gain the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the challenges and opportunities of conducting business on a global scale.
The UniSmarter is created in partnership with Navitas. The program develops a solid foundation for overseas studies by accustoming students to the university’s academic standards. The program takes place over 4 months during which they study 3 or 4 modules or equivalent to 1 term of undergraduate studies. With our student-friendly curriculum and award-winning 1-1 tutor program, students will be well on their way to their dream destination.

After the completion of the Smart Program, students progress to the University of Adelaide via Eynesbury College to study the remaining core and elective courses on campus and complete the degree.
