The degree in Business Law offers a legal perspective on business practices, emphasising the importance of comprehending the context, application, and impact of laws on business structures and transactions. A foundational year will cover essential business disciplines, equipping you with a comprehensive understanding of contemporary organisational challenges. Starting from the second year, you will focus on your major in Business Law and have the flexibility to choose from various elective courses. This program aims to provide you with knowledge of the Australian legal system and its influence on business transactions. Graduates of this degree can pursue careers as business advisors, contract negotiators, client managers, HR consultants, WHS officers, or commercial transaction consultants.

The Global Online Accelerator Program is designed for students who want to accelerate their undergraduate education, saving time and money while building a solid academic base in Australia, Singapore or the UK. The program allows students to complete up to a term of their undergraduate degree remotely from home and then progress to campus to complete the remainder of their degree. In order to advance to UOW College via University of Wollongong students must achieve an overall Pass in all modules of the Global Online Accelerator Program. Students will study the following 4 modules with The WorldGrad.

3. WGBU130 - Introduction to Management
4. WGBU101 - Marketing Principles
After the completion of the Smart Program, students progress to the University of Wollongong via UOW College to study the remaining core and elective courses on campus and complete the degree.
