Marketing encompasses a range of activities, institutions, and procedures aimed at creating, communicating, and delivering products and services. It involves fostering connections to provide value to consumers, clients, and society as a whole. Marketing covers various aspects, starting from identifying the target customers to establishing a competitive edge by effectively positioning products or services in the market. It is crucial for all types of organisations, including small businesses and nonprofit entities.
The program includes a foundational year that comprehensively explores essential business disciplines, providing a strong understanding of contemporary organisational challenges. Starting from the second year, students specialise in Marketing and acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to strategize, develop, and implement integrated marketing and communications plans. Graduates pursue diverse career paths such as advertising, digital and social media marketing, social change marketing, and the creation of innovative products. As part of the curriculum, students also engage in a final-year capstone project that allows them to apply their knowledge in collaboration with peers from different fields. Additionally, students have the option to apply for internships, which offer valuable practical experience and contribute to academic credit for their degree.
