Through this program, you will work with organisations to design, develop, deploy, and manage information systems using computing technology. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to undertake a real-life project where you’ll be tasked with designing and developing an information system to address a community-based issue.
The Networking major provides students with extensive knowledge in analysing, designing, and implementing networked systems. It offers opportunities to develop the technical skills required for managing and ensuring the secure operation of various systems, including local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), wireless and mobile networks, and large heterogeneous networks.
The UniSmarter is created in partnership with Navitas. The program develops a solid foundation for overseas studies by accustoming students to the university’s academic standards. The program takes place over 4 months during which they study 3 or 4 modules or equivalent to 1 term of undergraduate studies. With our student-friendly curriculum and award-winning 1-1 tutor program, students will be well on their way to their dream destination.
After the completion of the Smart Program, students progress to Western Sydney University via Sydney Institute of Business and Technology to study the remaining core and elective courses on campus and complete the degree. All students who complete the degree successfully, qualify for post-study work rights. Further information on the on-campus program structure and courses are available with our Admissions Team.
