The MS in Data Science program prepares students for advanced roles in data engineering, machine learning, quantitative research, and analytics. The curriculum combines foundational knowledge in linear algebra, statistical inference, and optimisation with applied topics like data mining, visualisation, and machine learning. Students gain strong computational and analytical skills through required coursework and electives, culminating in a thesis or capstone project.

After the completion of the Smart Program, students progress to Hofstra University to study the remaining core and elective courses on campus and complete their degrees.
