Earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on human resources will equip you with a strategic, business-oriented mindset to support both individuals and organisations within the workplace. In this role, HR professionals collaborate with employees and managers to ensure a productive and motivated workforce while fostering continuous skill development that benefits both individuals and the organisation in the long run.
Your coursework will encompass essential business classes, alongside specialised subjects like occupational safety and health, compensation, employee development, and psychology. HR professionals handle various employee-related matters, including conflict resolution, staffing, career growth, training, compensation, benefits, and health and safety. Additionally, you will gain insights into the regulatory environment and its impact on contemporary workplaces.

The All American Undergraduate Program is designed for students who want to accelerate their undergraduate education, saving time and money while building a solid academic base in the USA. The program allows students to complete up to one year of their undergraduate degree remotely from home and then progress to campus to complete the remainder of their degree. In order to advance to Indiana Institute of Technology, students must achieve a minimum GPA of 2.7 in The WorldGrad's All American Undergraduate Program. Students will study up to 10 modules (up to 30 credits) with The WorldGrad from the following list of subjects.
After the completion of the Smart Program, students progress to Indiana Institute of Technology to study the remaining core and elective courses on campus and complete their degrees. Once on campus, students will be eligible for CPT and OPT during and after completing their studies.
