The School of Business at Tiffin University is committed to empowering students to become leaders capable of driving positive change in their workplaces and communities. Through small, interactive classes, students learn from experienced faculty who bring real-world expertise, industry connections, and a genuine interest in their success.
Alongside a comprehensive business education, the program also includes courses that delve into global management issues, including trade, competition, markets, organisational design, information technology, and human resource management. The curriculum explores the impact of globalisation on all aspects of business. Students are strongly encouraged to engage in foreign language study or pass a language proficiency examination and consider studying abroad to enhance cross-cultural awareness, develop international business skills, and gain firsthand experience of global business practices.

The All American Undergraduate Program is designed for students who want to accelerate their undergraduate education, saving time and money while building a solid academic base in the USA. The program allows students to complete up to one year of their undergraduate degree remotely from home and then progress to campus to complete the remainder of their degree. In order to advance to Tiffin University, students must achieve a minimum GPA of 2.0 in The WorldGrad's All American Undergraduate Program. Students will study up to 10 modules (up to 30 credits) with The WorldGrad from the following list of subjects.
After the completion of the Smart Program, students progress to Tiffin University to study the remaining core and elective courses on campus and complete their degrees. Once on campus, students will be eligible for CPT and OPT during and after completing their studies.
